What is online relationship counseling?
Online relationship counseling is couples therapy delivered by video with a licensed therapist. You and your partner meet the therapist from home, together on one screen or from two locations, and work on the same things couples work on in an office: communication that keeps breaking down, recurring arguments, trust after a betrayal, distance and intimacy, decisions about the future, and the strain of parenting or money. Some people come alone, to work on their side of a relationship or to decide what they want.
Most couples therapists work from a structured method. Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) helps partners see the cycle they get stuck in and reach for each other differently. The Gottman Method builds concrete skills for conflict, repair, and friendship. Integrative Behavioral Couple Therapy focuses on acceptance and change. Studies of video-delivered couples therapy have found outcomes comparable to in-person care for many couples, and the practical advantages are real: no commute, easier scheduling for two calendars, and the option of a therapist licensed in your state who is not in your town.

Independent practices. Real clinicians. Nothing sponsored.
Every profile belongs to a real person at an independent practice — a licensed therapist, a supervised associate, or a certified coach — with the difference shown plainly on the badge, and licensed clinicians listed first. No one pays to rank higher. This is not a subscription platform; you choose who you see and pay the practice directly.
